Every day we create a new menu from scratch, based on the available ingredients and the creative wit of the chef in charge. Local, seasonal and organic form our guiding principles, with a strict zero-waste attitude to inspire creative recycling and innovative recipes.
The extensive preparation takes up most of the afternoon, transforming our charming open kitchen into a busy workspace with its pleasant hustle and bustle for the guests to enjoy. The daily dinner gatherings truly forms the beating heart of the Karma community.

BARMA
As the sun starts to set, the lights go on in Barma. Usually occupied as a co-working space during the day, the night is when this unique venue really comes to live.
Serve yourself from our growing drinks menu with a unique local craft beer or a bottle of the regional wine wine, enjoy the good company – and who knows, perhaps the night will end with some singing and dancing.
