Cities can be an exciting and interesting place to live. But sometimes the hecticness and never-ending opportunities can get draining. What better than to change your scenery by spending some time in a small village.

Put a wood log in the fire stove, prepare fresh veggies from the local farmers’ market and pour yourself a glass of homemade natural Georgian wine. While the cows and pigs are roaming the streets, you can focus on your work or simply unwind. Co-living at Karma Hostel is about going back to basics – without giving up on your essential comforts.

HOW TO BOOK

» Minimum stay is around 2 weeks

» IMPORTANT — To book the co-living you go to our booking page and select the dates
from 1st to 16th
OR from 16th till the 1st of the next month

(except in February it is until the 15th)

» For example the dates 3/01 to 18/01 will not show any co-living options but only the more expensive short-term rooms

Dates – From the beginning of November till the end of March

Comfortable accommodation – 7 private rooms for you to choose from. Every room has its distinct design and heating, a double bed and a desk. Two rooms come with a private bathroom, others have a big shared bathroom with 4 showers and 3 toilets. A beautiful open kitchen completely at your disposal. bar for the occasional party, an outdoor space for your work outs & yoga and, last but not least, a fire place outside for cozy bonfires under starry skies. 

Good internet connection – Reliable 100Mbps internet connection for working online. In case of power outages, which are pretty common in the winter on the Georgian countryside, we have a back-up generator.

Community atmosphere – A warm, family atmosphere where people are open to socialise while having respect for each other’s personal space. People can cook for themselves or share meals together.

Clean house – We take care of all the shared spaces and one weekly laundry is provided

Rural vibes – No traffic jams, no air pollution, no noisy streets. The Georgian countryside brings you back to the essence. Let the rooster be your alarm, watch the neighbours take their cows out to the street, put a wood log in the stove, prepare yourself a coffee and start your day.

Ecological living – Have a taste of village life. You can learn gardening, harvesting, making jams. Chop some wood if you need to release energy. Buy your groceries directly from local farmers.

Natural gems – You can enjoy soaking yourself in the nearby hot sulphur springs, go on a day hike to hidden waterfalls or visit Martvili’s gorgeous canyons
